5 things to do and see on Lake Tenno

Relaxation and sport on one of the most beautiful lakes in Trentino

About 15 kilometres away from Riva del Garda, just 500 metres above sea level, Lake Tenno is a delight for the eyes. The turquoise colour of its water, the green of the surrounding woods. And that little island in the middle, which makes you think of pirates and buried treasures.

The shape of this small lake in Trentino is round, but it extends southward, and in the elongated branch the water level is lower. On the other side, however, the water descends into a valley, where the deepest point reaches almost 50 metres.

An oasis of tranquillity with crystal clear water, the beaches on Lake Tenno are open to the public and equipped. Around the green mountains, ideal for a walk, and a little further up the wonderful village of Canale di Tenno, among the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy.
